We made last minute plans to come to Tobago and happened to book at Fish Tobago - our trip wouldn't have been the same without Brandon! He took us boating, snorkeling, surfing (our first time) and showed us the sights! We don't fish, but we still had plenty of things to do. The rooms are clean, the attitude is friendly, the doubles are delicious, the beaches are gorgeous. We'll be back!!!

You'll love Tobago, for all the reasons Polite has mentioned. My own experience is of fishing at the beginning of June, so not much help for January. However, the beaches don't change through the year, only the inhabitants!. Fish like Jacks and Barracuda are year-round, as are the bones - the few that there are. I actually saw quite a few, but getting a fly to them was something else! You might do well to have a session with a guide, and Kester Herbert stands out as the premier guide on the island. He certainly know his stuff, understands fly fishing (enthusiastically) and is an all round good guy. Worth every penny. The My Tobago web site is essential reading, and Mike Ladle's saltwater diary has some entries concerning Tobago, and is well worth a look. By the way, if you stay in the lowland area, you know you MUST go to Sunday School.

A great place to stay at in Tobago! Was planning to move around on the island but got stuck at Fish Tobago with the FishKing for 8 days...for a reason! I'll be back

Première fois à Tobago et un accueil inoubliable! Fish Tobago est un endroit chalheureux où il est impossible de s'ennuyer! Ecoute et service sont au rendez vous! La propreté et l'ambiance de la guest house fait qu'on s'y sent comme chez nous! Ne manquez pas cet endroit si vous faites un saut sur cette île!
