What we collect, and what we don't.

When you make a booking

The booking form asks for your name, email address, your dates and party size, and which trips or rooms you want. When you submit it, those details are sent by email to the guest house so we can confirm your booking and reach you about it. We use them for that booking and nothing else.

Payment

Payment is handled by PayPal. When you pay, you leave this site for PayPal's own checkout, and your card or account details are entered there, on PayPal's systems, never on ours. We never see or store your payment details. PayPal's handling of your information is covered by PayPal's privacy policy.

If you pay by bank transfer instead, you send it from your own bank to the account shown at checkout. Your bank handles your account details; we never ask for your banking login or card number. We see only what appears on our own bank statement for the deposit, such as the sender's name and the booking reference you put in the transfer description. The reference is made on your device when you open the booking page and is sent to us with your booking so we can match the payment to it.

What's stored in your browser

The site keeps two small things in your own browser, not on any server: the trips you've added to your experience (so your selection survives moving between pages), and your light or dark theme preference. These stay on your device, are readable only by this site, and clear when you clear your browser data. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Fonts

The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. This is standard for web fonts and is not used by us to identify you.

Your information
