Booking, payment and cancellations.

Booking and payment

You book by sending a request through this site and paying by PayPal, international bank transfer or local bank transfer. Bank transfers carry a booking reference shown at checkout; put it in the transfer description so we can match your payment. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and we reply to confirm the dates. All prices are quoted and charged in US dollars (USD).

Cancellations and refunds

All reservations are final and payments are non-refundable. Please be sure of your dates before you book, and message us first if you have any doubt — we'd rather sort it out before you pay than after.

Weather and safety

The sea has the final say. If conditions make a trip unsafe, the captain may postpone it — that call is always the captain's. When a trip has to move for weather, we reschedule it with you for the next workable day; a weather postponement is not a cancellation.

Changes to your booking

Need to move a date or adjust your party? Contact us as early as you can and we'll do what we can to accommodate you. Changes depend on availability.

On the day

Please arrive at the agreed time. Trips run to a schedule and the boat can't always wait. If you're running late, call +1 868 309 0062 so we know.
